You must be a business owner or authorized representative of a business to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
The discounted "Charter Customer" rate of $19/month is a lifetime guarantee for our first 50 partners. This rate remains valid as long as the subscription remains active. If a Charter subscription is cancelled or expires due to non-payment, any subsequent re-enrollment will be at the standard market rate.
You agree not to use CF Gears for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the harassment of Customers or the sending of unsolicited "spam" messages.
You agree not to send any content that falls under the SHAFT (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) categories, or any content related to high-risk financial services, debt collection, or gambling.
We collect your business information (name, email) and the contact information of the customers you choose to message (name, phone number).
We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third-party advertisers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Customer data is used exclusively to facilitate the sending of review requests on your behalf. This data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use this data strictly to facilitate the services you have requested.
We do not sell, rent, or share your (or your recipients') mobile phone numbers with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We implement industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit. However, please note that SMS is inherently an unencrypted medium; users should avoid sending sensitive personal information (like passwords or credit card numbers) via text.

By using CF Gears, you agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all local telecommunications laws.
You agree to only send review requests to individuals who have opted-in to receive SMS communications from your business. CF Gears automatically appends "Reply STOP to cancel" to every message to ensure TCPA compliance.
Our system does not allow you send further messages to a customer who has replied "STOP".
Consent to receive marketing or review-related text messages is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services.
You warrant that you have obtained express written consent from every recipient before sending an SMS through our platform.
You may not use our service to send messages related to illegal substances, phishing, hate speech, or unsolicited marketing (spam).
Customers must ensure they have obtained all required consents from end users prior to sending SMS messages using the CF Gears platform, including prior express consent as required by TCPA and carrier guidelines.
You must honor all "STOP" or "Unsubscribe" requests immediately. Our system will automatically handle these requests on your behalf.
CF Gears is a month-to-month service with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service already paid for.
CF Gears provides a platform for message delivery but does not guarantee 100% carrier uptime. We are not liable for any damages resulting from delayed or undelivered messages, or for any legal actions taken against you for violating SMS marketing laws.
